Andy Poe (February 12, 1945–September 5, 1995) was a Filipino actor. He was the brother of action king Fernando Poe, Jr.

Born Fernando Kelley-Poe, Jr. on February 12, 1945. Son of Filipino actor Fernando Poe, Sr. and Irish American wife Elizabeth Kelley. Brother of Elizabeth Poe, Ronnie or FPJ and Freddie Poe, and half-brother of Conrad Poe. Andy Poe had to assume another screen name when his real name was used by his brother, Ronald Allan Kelley Poe, who was popularly known as Fernando Poe Jr., the King of Philippine movie.
He was married to Yvette Christine Reyes de Marcaida-Poe. She descended from the Portuguese-Indian Barrettos of the Philippines and distantly related to the Zambales Barrettos. Andy and Yvette had two sons, Fernando IV and Alexander Vaughn.
Andy Poe died of heart attack on September 5, 1995.
